As an ERG leader, think long-term and focus on building a strong foundation, knowing that the ERG will live on when it's time for you to step away. Two ways you can do that are: 1) Document your programs and plans and 2) Identify future leaders for mentoring so they develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
