This leadership role requires a passionate advocate for change, with a strong background in program management, stakeholder engagement, and a deep commitment to enhancing access and opportunities within the classical music community. Congratulations to the National Pathways Festival Orchestra Class of 2024! National Pathways Festival & Summit 2024 ✅ Earlier this month, we celebrated the talents of our Pathways musicians in Nashville. In addition to playing side-by-side with Nashville Symphony under Maestro Giancarlo Guerrero's baton, our fellows took on roles as interns, panelists, and ambassadors for their Pathways programs. In between rehearsals, our fellows visited Vanderbilt University and the National Museum of African American Music, connected with music programs at the Equity Arc college and summer study fair, and networked with industry leaders at the summit. Concurrently, our summit attendees participated in strategic conversations about advancing equity in classical music. We are grateful for our members and partners' continued support and investment in the future of classical music!
