We’re delighted to share that Enhanced Capital’s Dusty Dickerson and Max Edelman, CPA, attended the "topping off" ceremony for 33 Westchester Place, a 27-story high-rise in New Rochelle, NY.  As the final phase of the arts-centric three-building Westchester Place development, this project plays a significant role in revitalizing the community.
