Last week, New York City became a home-away-from-home as our global community gathered for Endeavor’s annual Gala. We celebrated our global diaspora of entrepreneurs who Go Big and Go Home, making global impacts while reinvesting in their local communities. A glimpse of day 1 of our Scale-Up Program, XceleRise - UAE Investor Roadshow 🇦🇪 An absolute pleasure kicking off with impactful sessions and incredible insights! We explored Hub71’s programs and the VC landscape in Abu Dhabi with Basma AlBadi AlDhaheri, Head of Value Creation at Hub 71, and Aya Hamoodi, Value Creation Lead at Hub 71. A deep dive into Abu Dhabi’s entrepreneurial ecosystem featured an inspiring panel with Ahmed Abaza, CEO of Synapse Analytics; Seif Amr, Co-Founder & COO of Thndr; and Michael Maylahn, Investor at Plug and Play Abu Dhabi, moderated by Noha Kandil, Endeavor Egypt. We also navigated the UAE legal framework in an interactive talk led by Darius Jannat, Founder and Managing Partner at Vizier Ventures. Tackling these aspects of Abu Dhabi’s ecosystem was incredibly insightful and beneficial.
