Manager Spotlight! ⭐ Lily Allen, the Operations Manager of Emler Swim School of Central Frisco-McKinney. 💙 Lily’s favorite part about working at Emler: “I love working at Emler because there's so many opportunities to build up our swimmer's confidence in and out of the water. It's so special to have one of your students go from being anxious and scared of the water to swimming by themselves. It's even more special knowing that my student trusts me to keep them safe, and encourage them. My favorite thing to hear is "Ms. Lily, can I try it by myself? 💭 Lily’s favorite childhood memories: “I was born in California, moved to Texas when I was very little, and grew up in Frisco. I trained professionally as a dancer, studying at Booker T. Washington HSPVA, and University of the Arts. I love being able to help the kids learn new skills and watch them become excited about knowing how to do it on their own.“ 🗒️ What Alaina is up to outside of Emler: “I grew up in Keller, Texas and just graduated with my Associate of Biology from ACC. Manager Spotlight! 🌟 Meet Justin Ortiz, the General Manager of Emler Swim School of Austin - Oak Hill. Born in Puerto Rico and raised in Texas, Justin has been part of our Emler family since last November. 🌊 What Justin loves about working at Emler: “The best part about working at Emler is watching new students blossom into confident and safe swimmers!” 💡 What makes Justin a great General Manager: “I think what makes me a great general manager is having an absolute focus on the morale of my staff. Recently one of our swimmers, Esme, accidentally left her one of her best friends behind after swim lessons - her stuffed monkey! Britney, one of our awesome team members at Emler Swim School of Westlake, immediately took action and got the monkey to a safe spot to hang out until Esme and her family could come back to pick up her monkey friend. Britney took photos with the monkey, and wrote a note to give to Esme about her monkey's special adventure spending the night at Emler Swim School! We loved seeing the joy on Esme's face as she was reunited with her monkey friend! 💜 🐒

Manager Spotlight! Say hello to Sarae Resendiz, the Operations Manager at Emler Swim School of The Woodlands! Sarae loves working with children because she enjoys opportunity to be a positive influence in their lives. She also is thrilled to help our swimmers develop life-saving skills that will serve them well throughout their entire life. Manager Spotlight! Say hello to Steven Middaugh, Operations Manager at Emler Swim School of Beaverton. Steven loves working at Emler because he enjoys showing kids that they are capable of so much more than they think. Although the goal of what we do at Emler is to teach them a life saving skill, Steven also loves seeing our swimmers gain self confidence that will help them in all walks of life! 💙 When Steven isn't at the pool, you can find him outside - he loves camping, fishing, and snowboarding!
