Talk about the magic of collaboration. A few of our Elior North America brands, Abigail Kirsch and Constellation Culinary Group, recently came together to help Corporate Chefs host their client’s annual Board of Trustees events. Cheers to these talented teams and their dedication to creating something truly special!
This year, our site in Farmington, Connecticut, had the honor of hosting our Corporate Chefs’ client’s annual Board of Trustees events. With the incredible support of our sister companies, Constellation Culinary Group and Abigail Kirsch, we delivered two days of packed events filled with unforgettable culinary experiences. From seasonal breakfasts and farm-fresh salads to grilled flatbreads topped with Vermont cheddar, every detail was thoughtfully curated. The formal event featured a stunning raw bar with oysters, octopus carpaccio, seared diver scallop crudo, and grilled garlic herbed prawns. The seated dinner was picture-perfect, crafted and executed by our talented Chefs David Weigold, Tyler Clegg, Steve Freeman, and Daniel Constantino. Guests enjoyed a summer fields salad, porcini-dusted petite beef wellington, and a lemon meringue parfait for dessert. Special thank you to Morgan Bedore, Suzanne Gaudrault, Kent Freeman, Andrew Dunn, Devon Gatteny, and our friends from Constellation Culinary Group and Abigail Kirsch for assisting with this event and elevating the experience for our clients and guests.
