We had the privilege of hosting a panel discussion for We Honor Veterans at the Danville Support Services Networking Breakfast last week. Our dedicated Volunteer Coordinator, Linda Trionfo, brought her passion for supporting veterans and educating the public, along with other professionals, about the valuable resources available to our nation's veterans. We extend our gratitude to Senior Care Associates, Dr. Emily Bullock, and Robert Ulch from Jenkins-Soffe Mortuaries for their valuable contributions to the panel. It was truly heartening to witness the strong support from our community at this meaningful event.

Our Primary and Palliative Care team is proud to collaborate with the Utah Non-Profit Housing Corporation to deliver mobile Primary and Palliative Care to their residents. Did you know that 90% of the nation's healthcare costs are for people with chronic conditions? Our Primary Care team is dedicated to prevention, offering screenings, vaccines, and lifestyle tips to help manage or even prevent chronic illnesses. The goal is to address small problems before they become big ones. But when those challenges do arise, our Palliative Care providers step in to help patients define what quality of life means to them—whether it’s managing pain, spending time with loved ones, or achieving personal goals. Early palliative care not only leads to fewer hospitalizations but also extends life, with about 90% of patients reporting significant improvements in pain and symptom management. It’s all about making every moment count. 💛
