Women with engineering degrees are making historic breakthroughs at local government agencies, including JAXPORT. “The rise of female engineers to top leadership positions in Jacksonville shows how the profession is gradually changing,” according to The Florida Times-Union I Jacksonville.com. Kelsey Cox, P.E. is the first female to serve as JAXPORT’s Senior Director of Engineering and Construction.
