We are proud to introduce our Effie’s Homemade rebrand! Our packaging design, updated this year, evokes the warm history of the brand and its owners, Joan and Irene. Inspired in part by historical photos of Effie herself, surrounded by floral furniture and drapes in her Boston-area home, the design combines the boutique and artisanal quality of our baking craft with the feeling of being surrounded by loved ones. With its nostalgic details, wallpaper pattern and family portrait wall, it is our hope that whenever someone holds a box of Effie’s biscuits, they feel like they’re holding a slice of “home.” #Biscuits #Rebrand #Homemade

About us
Effie’s Homemade is a certified woman-owned national biscuit brand available in over 4,000+ stores. Since 2007, we have produced award-winning biscuits enjoyed by consumers nationwide. Our aim has always been to make the best, most satisfying small-batch biscuit possible and keep it real in our recipes and ingredients. Back in Nova Scotia, where our original biscuit was known as an oatcake, Effie MacLellan (yes, that Effie) learned a generations-old, family farmhouse recipe that she carried to her new home in Dorchester, Massachusetts. Whether on its own, or as a delicious pairing, Effie’s Homemade biscuits honor a rich, farmhouse tradition and continue the spirit of sharing. Today, we continue to explore new recipes and exciting flavor combinations, bringing the humble biscuit to unexpected heights. Available through leading specialty food distributors and retailers, our items are a unique addition to the specialty set of food retailers and a great addition to specialty shops. Our flavors include: Oatcake, Corn, Pecan, Cocoa, Almond, Walnut, Ginger, Gruyère, and Hazelnut.
