In 2022, only 21.3% of people with a disability were employed according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. We are actively working to increase that rate through our partnership with Nautical Manufacturing and Fulfillment. Earlier this year, we launched our first-ever Apprenticeship program that provided 21 adults with #DownSyndrome the opportunity to gain real-life employment experience.
