Due to the unexpected closing of Lee Brass in Anniston, a special Job Fair for former employees of Lee Brass has been set for Tuesday, August 20, 2024. The job fair will provide workers with the chance to connect with a variety of area employers who are seeking to fill positions that align with specific skills and expertise. A Rapid Response team will also provide information sessions in an adjacent room throughout the event. The Calhoun County Economic Development Council, East AlabamaWorks, and the Anniston Career Center want to ensure that people of the community have access to opportunities that will support their transition into new roles.
