Eagle Harbor, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, is thrilled to announce the appointment of Robert Wind and Andrew Spiker as the new Vice Presidents of Operations. Andrew has served as the Operations Manager for the Eagle Harbor NIBIN contract since 2018 and has held various management roles within the Three Saints Bay family since 2004. Robert has been with GVI since 2012, serving as Vice President since 2017 and as Director of Operations prior to that. Both individuals bring a wealth of knowledge and experience that will significantly benefit Eagle Harbor as part of the Three Saints Bay family of companies. With over 30 and 20 years of experience operating businesses, Robert and Andrew have proven themselves as leaders in operational excellence.
