Our team — William Martinez (Project Manager), Oliver Rodriquez (Assistant Project Manager), Ronald L. Blair (Safety Coordinator), and Daniel Lopez (Team Leader/Project Executive) — is proud to contribute our expertise in Piping, Plumbing, and Sheetmetal to this state-of-the-art facility. Set to open in fall 2025, the 136,000-square-foot Health Sciences Center will feature cutting-edge labs, classrooms, collaborative workspaces, and specialized training areas. It’s designed to enhance health-related programs and community outreach, with a special focus on rural communities. The recent beam-signing ceremony marked a significant milestone, and we couldn't be prouder of our progress so far. Congratulations to everyone involved! The construction management team AECOM Hunt-Byrne Construction Services-EJ Smith Construction, along with the City of Fort Worth and Mayor Mattie Parker, celebrated the official topping-out ceremony for Phase I of the Fort Worth Convention Center. Phase I includes new state-of-the-art food and beverage facilities, demolition of the annex, and realignment of Commerce Street for a future convention hotel. This project emphasizes increased pedestrian access and improved walkability, all while keeping the facility operational.
