We’re thrilled to announce that Shelly Rogers has joined Doma Title Insurance, Inc. as the new Regional Agency Manager for the Texas Region! In this dynamic role, Shelly will lead our Texas agency team, providing essential marketing and tech support to help our agents expand their market share and boost profitability. With 14 years of rich experience in title insurance, Shelly has built an impressive career across various roles in business development, sales, and management, both locally in Texas and nationally. Most recently, she was the Director of National Sales at a real estate technology company, and before that, she served as Vice President and Southwest Regional Sales Manager for a national underwriter. Earlier in her career, she successfully managed operations for a Texas-based title company, overseeing the daily operations and finances of four branch offices. “Shelly’s passion is contagious,” says Rich Griffin, Senior Vice President of Agency at Doma. “She truly enjoys collaborating with agents and brings a wealth of energy, wisdom, and experience to tackle their specific challenges.” Shelly is deeply involved in the industry as a member of several key organizations, including the American Land Title Association and the Texas Land Title Association (TLTA), where she serves on the Education Committee.
