We’re thrilled to welcome our newest cohort of Doha Debates ambassadors! The 86 emerging leaders joining the program this season represent 33 countries across five continents. Over the next 10 weeks, they’ll be embarking on a journey of systems thinking and communication skills development, working collaboratively with global experts, community thought leaders and each other. This cohort will be joined by 16 alumni ambassadors who will serve as mentors for the current class. Furthering our mission to empower young people to bridge differences and build consensus through debate, the Doha Debates Ambassador Program hones participants’ facilitation and negotiation skills as they discuss critical issues like climate change, global governance and ethical AI with peers who have diverse worldviews.
