Our clients based in Menlo Park, are seeking a temporary fill-in Cook | Chef for 5 weeks (possibly longer) to prepare healthy, family-style meals. The Cook | Chef will work Monday-Thursday from 2pm to the evening, preparing a daily snack and dinner for the family, which includes three children (ages 14, 16, and 19). Meals typically consist of classic, healthy dishes with a focus on salads and soups, and the family avoids gluten, sugar, dairy, corn, grains, and oil. No pork or shellfish is served, and the house is nut-free. The family enjoys cuisines such as Middle Eastern, French, Greek, and sushi, among other cuisines. Responsibilities include preparing snacks, cooking dinner, cleaning up afterward, and accommodating last-minute guests, as the family often entertains.
