Our repeat client in Miami, Florida is seeking a full-time Assistant Facilities Manager to join their team. The position of the Assistant Facilities Manager is responsible for providing upkeep and general maintenance for private residences, including but not limited to landscaping, cleaning, and light construction. The majority of the work will typically be outdoors between properties within one location. This role reports to the construction manager.    This is generally a Monday-Friday position with regular work hours, but with the understanding that this role is on call 24/7, particularly when the principal is in residence. There will be after hours (evening and weekend) calls – the hired candidate is expected to respond at these times.
