🍇✨ We recently hosted NW Wine Guide's Paul Gregutt at Dineen Vineyards. Paul toured our site and experienced our unique hilltop location, diverse soils, ideal climate, and sustainable practices. 🌱🍷 He also rated our Cabernet Franc a 92. Thanks Paul! Dineen Merlot 2021 Yakima Valley - 16pts (Distinguished) To be released in spring 2024. Sustainable WA certified.  Bright medium ruby in colour. Savoury, lightly floral and juicy. Fine, powdery tannin and high fresh acidity. Candied rose hip lingers on the finish. Drink 2023 – 2029 Dineen Syrah 2021 Yakima Valley - 16.5 (Distinguished) Sustainable WA certified. Jewel-bright medium ruby in colour. Elegant black-plum and violet nose with the lightest edge of bacon and vanilla. Really high fresh acidity and medium-fine sandy tannin. The acid is just a touch high but should integrate in a few years’ time. Lightly meaty – very classic, very elegant. Good length. Drink 2024 – 2028 Dineen Cabernet Franc 2021 Yakima Valley - 16pts (Distinguished) Sustainable WA certified. Jewel-bright medium, verging on deep, ruby. Freeze-dried raspberries and chocolate-covered strawberries. High levels of fine-grained tannin and elevated acidity levels. Finish falls off quicker than expected. Drink 2023 – 2027 Dineen Semillon 2022 Yakima Valley - 16 (Distinguished) Sustainable WA certified. Pale lemon. Neutral and grassy with a touch of lemon. Textural and pithy. Quite chewy with long acidity. Drink 2023 – 2026 Dineen, Condriesque 2022 Yakima Valley - 16.5 (Distinguished & Good Value) Sustainable WA certified. Pale lemon. Clean, light orange-blossom floral aromas. A slight lactic creaminess. Nicely textural and a touch of butterscotch.
