Imagine a gathering of 18 visionary HR leaders, converging for an entire week of workshops. What unfolded at the SCHIESSER offices in Germany was nothing short of magical. This was a week where collaboration met innovation, and brainstorming sparked brilliance. We embarked on a transformative journey with the launch of a new HR system—SuccessFactors by SAP. This powerhouse is set to revolutionize our infrastructure, empowering us to partner with our business and support us in achieving our goals in unprecedented ways. Guiding us through this metamorphosis was the Deloitte team, whose profound knowledge and expertise in rolling out SAP SuccessFactors across the global stage and specifically within the fashion industry, were invaluable. A heartfelt shoutout to Simon, Christof, and Constans for navigating us through every challenge with finesse. Our confidence takes off as we craft an HR future that’s in perfect harmony with our vision of success. But it wasn’t all work and no play! Our sessions were peppered with icebreaking activities that not only lightened the mood but also wove us closer together.
