The world of field operations is under pressure: on one side, companies have to deploy new infrastructures quickly (such as fiber optics, 5G, smart meters, electric vehicles charging points, etc.). On the other side, these field operation companies lack field workers to actually work on these infrastructures. This has led to a quality crisis, as new generation networks are being rolled-out in a hurry, delivering poor quality at every corner.
