In 2013 we had 2 employees and now we have over 1000 employees, globally. Since inception, our vertically integrated structure, including our own laboratory, manufacturing, e-commerce sites, retail stores and marketing infrastructure, enabled us to rapidly identify opportunities and deliver quality. Our growth is fast and unapologetic, but ultimately driven by our hopes of building a human world of beauty: a beauty industry rooted in authenticity, functionality, and honesty.

Innovation
Our success is greatly attributed to the innovative minds that make up DECIEM; a team built by our founder, Brandon Truaxe, who spent most days in the lab working alongside our Chief Scientific Officer, Prudvi Kaka. Our Lab team has been recognized globally, including the Best Pore Refining Treatment awarded to 100% Niacinamide Powder from Cosmopolitan UK (2020) and The Best Clarifying Mask awarded to Salicylic Acid 2% Masque from BEAUTYCrew (2020).
