Had a great time last night supporting an organization on which I am honored to serve as a member of the Board of Directors. Dallas Women Lawyers Association does so much to elevate the standing of women in the legal profession and it is a privilege to play a part. What an inspiring evening at the Dallas Women Lawyers Association's 40th Anniversary Gala and Awards Reception! The event was a powerful celebration of four decades of advancing women in the legal profession. Started with a wonderful cocktail hour where I had the privilege of connecting with fellow attorneys who have been instrumental in shaping Dallas's legal landscape. The remarks from DWLA leadership Stephanie Almeter and others highlighted the organization's remarkable journey since 1984, from breaking glass ceilings to mentoring the next generation of women lawyers. During the awards presentation, we celebrated outstanding achievements for several including Dallas Bar Director and outstanding jurist Hon. Rebecca Rutherford. Each honoree's story reinforced why organizations like DWLA remain vital to our profession. Here's to 40 years of excellence, empowerment, and equity in law - and to many more decades of supporting women in legal careers! #WomenInLaw #LegalProfession #DallasLegal #DWLA #WomenLeaders #LegalCommunity #DallasLawyers

A wonderful group of past Rising Raggio recipients and our newest Rising Raggio, Haley Ablon!
Last night’s Dallas Women Lawyers Association Awards Reception was a fabulous time! I am especially excited to welcome the newest Rising Raggio Awardee, Haley Ablon to our “Risen” Raggios Sisterhood. The award is named after Louise B. Raggio, the first female prosecutor in Dallas County (Please Google her). We are a small, but mighty group and I am proud to be in the number. I saw some of my favorite people and debuted my new favorite dress. Congratulations to all the award recipients and to DWLA President Stephanie Almeter for a fantastic year. Thank you Chelsea Hilliard for the invitation. I look forward to the great things that will come next year ! ✨
