    What’s the most amazing user journey you’ve seen? 🗾 Just recently, our marketing team showed a crazy one. Our first email went out to the (now) customer in June 2023. They visited the site 38 times and opened 12 emails before attending our AI Marketing Summit in December 2023. Between December and May 2024, they visited the site 18+ more times and opened 8 more emails. Finally, in June 2024, they ran a lost leads report and booked a demo. A month later, after 61 sales activities, they became an official customer. That’s over ONE YEAR of touchpoints - emails, events, ads, meetings, etc. The path to a sale is not linear and more frequently than not, it’s longer than we want it to be. But being able to track that journey and see it is cool and a huge value when trying to understand what resonates with your customers. That’s what we’re able to show with our customer journey tracking and tool integrations. Check out the example below of a person who over the course of 2 months has visited the site multiple times, received an email, and looked at pricing multiple times. They haven’t converted just yet but we will know when they do and what it took to get there.
