CTW Events had an amazing time at IMEX, connecting with industry professionals and hosting our very own networking happy hour! 🎉 At our booth, attendees packed 900 hygiene kits, with half donated to the WASH Foundation to support communities in North Carolina and Central Florida affected by hurricanes Helene and Milton. The other half went to Shade Tree, a local Las Vegas nonprofit dedicated to helping those in need. Thank you to everyone who visited our booth to learn about our mission and how to get involved. This was one of the most simple, but impactful activations I experienced at IMEX this year. CTW Events allowed attendees to assemble essential hygiene supplies into kits that will be distributed to shelters, missions and disaster relief efforts. After filling a bag with items, we wrote a short note to include in the bag for the recipient. What a wonderful way to engage event attendees and give back in a meaningful way!
