Dang CrowdSolve! What a special panel to have been a part of! Yesterday, I spoke on the "Vision to Impact: Inspiring Women Founders Driving Climate Solutions" panel during Denver Startup Week. I was honored to sit next to Rachael Shayne and Heidi Steltzer, PhD - two innovative, creative, and mindful leaders. We spoke about the pitfalls and opportunity of capitalism in sustainability, the persistent challenge of being taken seriously as a female founder, and the importance of having a bias to action when starting a company.
