Good times at American Correctional Association in Nashville last week seeing old friends and moderating a panel on managing #restrictivehousing changes under external pressure--featuring Lois Fegan, MS, PMP, Ryan Crowley, and Dir. These measures risk nearly doubling the state’s prison population over the next decade and reinstating Louisiana's position among the highest incarceration rates globally.
