🎉 A New Milestone in Ukraine’s Cybersecurity! 🎉 On August 23, 2024, the National Aviation University in Kyiv hosted the official presentation of Cyber Range UA, Ukraine’s first national cyber range, developed through the initiative of the (National Cybersecurity Coordination Center (NCSCC) under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine. This cutting-edge platform is designed to empower Ukraine's cyber specialists—spanning government agencies, critical infrastructure, the private sector, and the academic community—with the tools and environment needed to train and hone their skills in countering cyber threats. Cyber Range UA allows dozens of specialists to engage in real-time, team-based training exercises, simulating realistic cyber-attack scenarios, including those that mirror the sophisticated APT attacks Ukraine has faced in recent years. With 15 initial scenarios and more on the way, Cyber Range UA is a significant step forward in enhancing the capabilities of Ukraine’s cybersecurity ecosystem. By providing a collaborative training environment, this platform fosters skill development, innovation, and inter-sectoral cooperation, crucial for safeguarding Ukraine’s digital future. This launch marks a pivotal moment in the ongoing efforts to build and sustain a resilient cybersecurity infrastructure in Ukraine. 🤝 The Cyber Range UA was developed with the support of CRDF Global and U.S. Department of State through the initiative of the NCSCC under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, in collaboration with the National Aviation University, and Cyber Unit Technologies - CyberUnit.Tech as a developer. https://hubs.ly/Q02NFszh0 #CyberRangeUA #NCSCC #NSDC

Thank you for sharing Boston's amazing resources and programs with our latest #SSIPPorts cohort! The take-aways from this trip will prove beneficial for many as we continue efforts in #SecuringOurFuture.
This past week, we had the pleasure of welcoming the Secure and Sustainable Infrastructure Program in collaboration with CRDF Global. They met with multiple of our community resources and had the opportunity to learn about Boston's coastal preservation efforts and port security, safety practices, and even attended one of our events! Thank to our community resources who helped us welcome this delegation including Massachusetts Port Authority, MIT Department of Urban Studies and Planning, and Massachusetts Clean Energy Center. #SSIPPorts #SecuringOurFuture

Thank you, World Affairs Council- Seattle for hosting this amazing #SSIPPorts cohort and sharing perspective from Seattle's experts. #SecuringOurFuture
Seattle never gets tired of hosting the Secure and Sustainable Infrastructure Program! This cohort featured seven great sports from great ports who came to Seattle from Bangladesh, India, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, and the Philippines to discuss innovative port management. We were honored to have Arun Jain, Urban Planner and Specialist, deliver an opening address to the group on port technology and environmental stewardship. While in Seattle, they enjoyed an Argosy Cruise which provided some immaculate views of the city. Then they heard from Seattle City Light, met with the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), and toured the Bullitt Center. Always a pleasure to connect our partners and community with professionals from all over the world! #SSIPPorts #SecuringOurFuture U.S. Embassy in the Philippines

My audience consisted of Port related officials from the Philippines (Annabel Pulvera-Page), Sri Lanka (Nimesha Indika), Vietnam (Hoan Kim Nguyen), Bangladesh (Islam Afzalul), and India (Nikita Singla, Chime Youdon, PhD, and Rahul Pavan Kumar N). I shared perspectives on "Resilience in Uncertain Times, and the Implications for Ports." Our subsequent engaging discussion extended well into the early evening. A special thanks to the World Affairs Council- Seattle for hosting the event and Rayan Atallah for setting it up and ensuring all went well.

We're proud and excited to share the video below, from the final Capture the Flag event under the 2024 cyberveteran reintegration program, "Cyber Defenders." This event marked the culmination of the learning cycle, where participants showcased the skills and knowledge they acquired during the intensive 5-month course. Get an impressive glimpse into the incredible atmosphere that prevailed at the "Cyber Defenders" finale. Post graduation, we'll continue working on the career development of our graduates in civilian life and the protection of the digital space. The “Cyber Defenders” reintegration training program is implemented by CRDF Global in coordination with national partners, with the strategic and financial support of U.S. Department of State Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs’ Coordination Office.
