This year, our site in Farmington, Connecticut, had the honor of hosting our Corporate Chefs’ client’s annual Board of Trustees events. With the incredible support of our sister companies, Constellation Culinary Group and Abigail Kirsch, we delivered two days of packed events filled with unforgettable culinary experiences.
From seasonal breakfasts and farm-fresh salads to grilled flatbreads topped with Vermont cheddar, every detail was thoughtfully curated. The formal event featured a stunning raw bar with oysters, octopus carpaccio, seared diver scallop crudo, and grilled garlic herbed prawns.
The seated dinner was picture-perfect, crafted and executed by our talented Chefs David Weigold, Tyler Clegg, Steve Freeman, and Daniel Constantino. Guests enjoyed a summer fields salad, porcini-dusted petite beef wellington, and a lemon meringue parfait for dessert.
