🎉 Wrapping up a fantastic internship experience with our amazing intern, Alexandra Zwiebel! From day one, Alexandra immersed herself in the culture at The Smith, and her enthusiasm truly shined through.
One of her biggest takeaways? “I realized how important the connection between front of house and back of house is. It’s crucial that both teams understand why they’re doing certain things to help each other. Whether it’s seating people in a specific way or sending out food in a certain order, communication is key.”
A huge shoutout to Monica Maneri our General Manager at Lincoln Square who mentored Alexandra throughout her journey. Alexandra shared, “Monica was incredible—she taught me new things every single day. Her intuition and deep understanding of the team and our guests was truly inspiring.”
