We're thrilled to announce that CORE Collaborative has been awarded a project with Family Promise of the Triangle! This partnership will allow us to support their mission of providing essential services to families facing temporary homelessness in Wake County. Since 1994, Family Promise of the Triangle has been a beacon of hope, evolving to offer prevention programs, rapid rehousing, and much more. We're proud to join forces with an organization that has such a profound impact on the community. Together, we're committed to making a difference and helping families transition to stable and permanent housing. #Curiosity #Collaboration #Community #FamilyPromiseoftheTriangle

As we celebrate National Construction Safety Week, it's a pivotal moment for us all to pause and reflect on the paramount importance of safety within our industry. Each day on the construction site presents its own set of challenges, but through diligence and collective effort, we can ensure the safety of ourselves and those around us. At CORE Collaborative, we're committed to fostering a culture of safety across all our projects. We understand that safety isn't just a box to check—it's a mindset that must be ingrained in every aspect of the work. That's why we prioritize safety at every stage of the construction process. From the initial planning phases to the final touches, safety remains at the forefront of our operations. This includes a detailed review of when assisting the team in the development of phasing and sequencing plans. By fostering open communication and collaboration, we empower the teams to identify potential hazards and implement proactive measures to mitigate risks. At CORE we strive to create an environment where safety is not just a priority, but a way of life. As we commemorate National Construction Safety Week, let's reaffirm our commitment to safety and renew our efforts to uphold the highest standards of care on every job site. Together, we can build a safer, more resilient future for all. #CORE #Collaboration #Communitee #Curriosity #Safety

I took the opportunity to visit the TLC campus and join Drew Langsam for a site walk to witness the incredible progress unfolding at TLC. It's truly inspiring to see the remarkable work TLC performs and its staff's dedication to making a profound difference in our community. Hats off to Monteith Construction for their outstanding workmanship and to the visionary designs brought to life by BSA. Their collaborative efforts are shaping a future where positivity and impact reign supreme. Let's soak in the achievements and the promise they hold for a brighter tomorrow. #Curiosity #Collaboration #Community #MonoteithConsturction #BSADesignGroup #TLC

Reflecting on CORE Collaborative's First Year: Gratitude for Mission-Driven Clients and Industry Friends.   As CORE Collaborative wraps up its inaugural year, we can't help but pause and reflect on the incredible journey we've embarked upon. From humble beginnings to significant milestones, every step of this journey has been marked by the unwavering support of our clients and friends, whose dedication to our shared mission to strengthen communities has fueled our passion and commitment.   Our journey wouldn't have been possible without the trust and collaboration of these mission-driven clients, and our friends who opened doors and helped us get off the ground. Each client has brought unique challenges and opportunities to the table, pushing us to innovate, adapt, and grow. But beyond the projects themselves, what truly sets these clients apart is their unwavering commitment to making a positive impact in their respective communities.   It's been inspiring to partner with clients who prioritize mission and impact above everything else. Together, we've tackled complex challenges, navigated uncertain terrain, and emerged stronger and more resilient than ever before. And through it all, our shared commitment to driving meaningful change has served as a beacon of inspiration, in light of some significant challenges facing our world.   As we celebrate this milestone and look ahead to the future, we remain deeply grateful for the relationships we've forged and the impact we've been able to make. Thank you for believing in us, for inspiring us, and for being true partners in our mission to make a difference.  Here's to many more years of collaboration, curiosity, and community impact.   Drew Langsam and Barret Stauffacher Thank you...TLC, Jewish for Good, YMCA of the Triangle, #familypromise, Governors Club, CORE Collaborative
