Please meet (and help me celebrate 😊) Nicole! Nicole Fett, COTA/L is a Consonus Healthcare Clinical Instructor (CI) at River Hills Village in Keokuk, IA. Nicole is about to celebrate an eleven (11) year anniversary with Consonus -- but has been practicing as an OTA for sixteen (16) years and hosting students for five (5) of those years! Nicole has even had the opportunity to host students from her own alma mater - Kirkwood Community College (Cedar Rapids, IA). Nicole's favorite thing about hosting students: "I love teaching as much as I love learning... I love the opportunity to view patient progress and treatment ideas through the eyes of a student. They present such a fresh perspective on each case and I've always learned something new from each student I've worked with. Whether it be a new intervention to try or something that's changed within the industry. It's exciting to me. I love seeing the growth week by week with students that I've been able to mentor.
