Notre Dame alumni enjoyed the sweet taste of victory last Saturday when the Fighting Irish beat the Navy—51 to 14—in their matchup at MetLife Stadium. But it was our firm’s co-sponsorship of and participation in the tailgate activity ND Serves, a service project that will benefit at-risk veterans—as well as the opportunity for camaraderie—that made the members of the Connell Foley LLP family who attended feel like real winners.

Throughout Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Connell Foley LLP engaged in several initiatives to raise awareness and funds to support breast cancer research. Employees participated in two 5K walks organized by the American Cancer Society's Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, held in Jersey City and Parsippany. The firm matched employee donations to the cause—which exceeded the firm's original goal—and rewarded their generosity and support by allowing everyone to wear jeans to the office today. A ribbon wall was on display, commemorating and honoring loved ones impacted by the disease. These initiatives demonstrate that we can achieve meaningful (and enjoyable!) things by working together at Connell Foley! #BreastCancerAwareness
