We are excited to be working with Chester County Food Bank this season on their Fruit & Vegetable Prescription Program. 🍓🥕🥦 CHDC hosted a successful Pop-Up Enrollment Event with CCFB yesterday! This event gave qualified patients and other participants the opportunity to fill out the pre-season survey, receive their Rx card, and use the free voucher to shop at the Fresh2You Mobile Market. The Fresh2You Mobile Market will be at the Calvary Christian Center across from our CHDC Coventry Mall location on Tuesdays from 2:00PM - 4:00PM starting on June 4th.
