  • We are hiring a Principal Infrastructure Engineer The Principal Infrastructure Engineer serves as the go-to technical resource/coordinator for the Systems Engineers, Systems Administrators, and Network Engineers. This position will help guide and align the team in project execution through Agile methodologies, provide coordination across various areas of expertise, and sponsor initiatives to mature operations in alignment with the goals of Columbia Credit Union. The Principal Infrastructure Engineer will work closely with team members to provide assistance in technical decision-making, coordinate project activities, and facilitate communication with management.   • Our Invest & Insure team is looking for an Investment Operations Administrator. The Investment Operations Administrator will provide key operational support to the Investments & Insurance Program Manager and team as well as the Broker Dealer and Columbia CU’s internal business partners. This role will support our Broker-Dealer transition, to minimize disruption and enhance the member and internal team experience. This role requires consistent adherence to Broker-Dealer, FINRA, SEC, and NASD policies and procedures.   • Are you our next Small Business Lending Officer? The Business Lending Officer (BLO) is responsible for generating growth in small business lending and developing trusting relationships for the purpose of originating a broad range of credit union products and services. Serves as lead resource to deepen small business market share. Using personal interactions, traditional mail, and persuasively shares Columbia Credit Union value proposition to earn the trust of small business owners. The BLO will visit business prospects with a high degree of frequency, introducing other business lines to warm leads and attending business-oriented functions. Business Lending Officers work closely with branch and commercial lending staff to assure market share opportunity is maximized and growth is leveraged through the origination of SBA loan production. Is responsible for packaging and submission of loans in a timely, compliant manner. Accountable for goal attainment of SBA loans, business deposit accounts, and referrals into other departments. May serve on community task forces, committees and boards for networking purposes and to advance Columbia CU’s community-centric values.
