Let's get to know our leaders! Learn more about our Co-President, CFO, Luke Schlegel below: - Luke is originally from Pennsylvania and moved to Minnesota for college. He graduated from Carleton College with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and earned his MBA in Finance from the Carlson School of Management - He first got into digital marketing when his employer let go of an agency in the early days of digital ads and assigned him to take over a Google Ads account - Luke joined Collective Measures (then Nina Hale) after hiring Nina and her team while working at Red Wing Shoe Company. When he came on board, he already knew the agency's strengths and weaknesses. This allowed him to see a clear plan on day one to help the company succeed - Luke has now been with Collective Measures for over 13 years. Since joining, he has held several roles across finance, analytics, and operations, ultimately becoming the agency's first CFO/COO and now Co-President - Fun fact: Luke is one of the few people who has worked in or visited all of the Nina Hale offices — either as an employee or a client See Luke's quick tip below!
