The Halloween Ding Dong Door decoration contest at Coburn Place was neck and neck this year! In the family category, apartment 305 won first place, apartment 102 came in second and apartment 203 came in third. In the single resident category, apartment 206 took first place, 309 came in second and 307 came in third. Congratulations to all the winners!
It’s Domestic Violence Awareness Month, and DV affects far more people than we may realize. More than 10 million adults in the United States experience some form of domestic violence annually. That’s more than 10 times the population of Indianapolis. Additionally, it’s estimated that only half of all DV incidents get reported, so the real number of affected people is likely much higher.
