If I could channel Julie Andrews for a moment, I would say that strategic planning is one of my favorite things. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of facilitating a strategy session with the leadership at Coastal Horizons to map out the impact they want to make over the next three years. I can’t thank this team enough for the work they do in the community, and the thoughtfulness and importance they are bringing to this process. When you see a group of leaders commit to a four-hour session in the morning, you know they mean business 💪☀️🙌 #strategy #strategicplanning #mindfulleadership #createspace #consultinglife Elizabeth Redenbaugh Clare Jordan

At Child First, we're proud to recognize Children’s Mental Health Acceptance Week. This week, we're shining a spotlight on the importance of supporting mental well-being from the earliest years, because mental health matters at every stage of life. Acceptance is more than just awareness; it inspires action. While awareness is passive, acceptance drives us to make meaningful changes and create a more supportive environment for children and families facing mental health challenges. Join us this week as we raise awareness, foster acceptance, and take action to support children's mental health. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of children and families across our communities.
