    October is Domestic Violence Awareness and Prevention Month. Did you know 1 in 3 women and 1 in 4 men have experienced physical abuse from a partner? Our client, Legal Aid of North Carolina, is dedicated to raising awareness about the devastating impact of domestic violence. Last year, we partnered to spread hope, support, and vital information to promote healthy relationships. Together, we can break the cycle. #LoveShouldntHurt #EndAbuse

    We had the exciting opportunity to partner with the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA) to promote the More Like Home: Repair and Renew Loan program, designed to help Wisconsin homeowners make the most of the homes they love and cherish! 🏡✨ Our team conducted in-depth research to understand how this program compares to similar initiatives. Using those insights, we refreshed the branding with a new name, logo, and created outreach materials like a promotional video, flyer, and website design. The video will also be repurposed for social media content to expand its reach and engagement. To reach more audiences and ensure inclusivity, we translated these materials into Spanish.     We’ve been celebrating all year as our long-time client, WIC Wisconsin, marks their 50th anniversary! 🎉 Since 1975, WIC has been helping pregnant women and young children grow and thrive. Five decades later, they’re still supporting Wisconsin families with the same dedication. To honor this milestone, our social team has crafted engaging content and ads that highlight WIC’s incredible journey and how they've continued to adapt to the evolving needs of the families they serve.     This National Child Health Month, we're proud to continue our year-round commitment to advocating for children's health and well-being. We recently partnered with the USDA FNS to refresh and rebrand the SUN Programs: USDA’s Summer Nutrition Program for Kids. Our goal was to generate awareness and excitement, while educating and motivating eligible families and caregivers of children 18 and under to maximize the use of SUN resources, including SUN meals, Meals To-Go, and the new SUN Bucks Program. The campaign has had a tremendous impact so far so, achieving 5.9 million ad views, 55 million impressions, and 1 million clicks in just the first six weeks.     This month, we’re spotlighting Sarah, Account Director!    𝑸: How long have you been with CMRignite?    𝐴:  I recently celebrated my one-year anniversary! I joined the team in August of 2023.      𝑸: What's the best part of your job?    𝐴:  The best part of my job is collaborating with incredible colleagues to tackle challenging problems that make a real difference in society. Plus, our annual retreats and company picnics add an extra touch of fun and camaraderie to the mix!      𝑸: What’s your favorite sport, hobby or pastime?     𝐴:  I enjoy discovering 'easy' hikes using the AllTrails app and exploring family-friendly activities with my two energetic sons.     𝑸: Where do you live, and what do you enjoy about it?    𝐴: I live in Davidsonville, MD, nestled in a semi-rural area just 30 minutes from both DC and Baltimore. What I like most is the unique blend of peaceful country living — like being able to walk to a nearby farm to feed donkeys and goats — with easy access to beaches, restaurants, museums, and major and minor league baseball and soccer games.      𝑸: Do you have any pets?   𝐴:  I have a 'super senior' chiweenie named Simon.     We've had the privilege of working with the Wisconsin Lottery since 2008, creating yearly statewide campaigns to promote responsible gaming. Using research and the latest data on gaming audiences, our talented creative team develops concepts that emphasize that responsible gaming is fun and safe. This year, our Spanish & Hmong “Pick a Card, Any Card” campaign was honored with the 2024 Corporate Multicultural Communications Award from the National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG).     Influencer marketing has been on the rise for many years, and as an agency, we’ve tapped in!    In our collaboration with the City of Milwaukee, CMRignite created a speed reduction campaign to help combat reckless driving and speeding crashes. The campaign, "Speeding: We Can Live Without It," strategically incorporated influencer marketing. Starting with our research team’s insights, we recognized the critical role influencers play in shifting our audience behaviors. Our talented social media team researched community influencers in Milwaukee who could connect with their audiences and deliver this important message. They found a fantastic group of influencers deeply involved in the Milwaukee scene and successfully guided them in creating content that aligns with the campaign's messaging. These influencers also joined our campaign launch press release event, amplifying the launch on their social channels. We’ve received great feedback from the engagement on their videos, and we’re excited to see the final results.
