In this morning's weekly kick-off meeting we learned about a really cool product that will close the circle for companies that want to control their data center cloud infrastructure (Cloud Underground) and their cloud-native software building tools (RadHash) all in one. How to get hired by Cloud Underground: My asset management firm is creating a job board hosted by our subsidiary company Underground Ops. We need to hire soon. Who do we work with at this time? —mostly— - small talent agencies - labor firms - entrepreneurs who are already used to generating routine cashflow - solopreneurs who are already used to generating routine cashflow 1st - we have to trust you, there are many ways to meet our leadership for free (our website even tells you where to find us directly) 2nd - we have a list of early stage members who get priority for being with us in Cloud Underground’s early days 3rd - we need to know what you are best at, we need marketers, engineers and sales support 4th - if you are not messaging me from the DevSecOps Dojo you may potentially never EVER get a response out of me, you’ll get drowned out by the noise 5th - if you are not part of our sales acquisitions operations, you need to be able to survive inbetween opportunities Since we are an asset management firm, we operate around events. If there are no major events occurring around our business, there usually isn’t much to do. For this reason our company does not hire standard employees. We will be offering fractional options at most. There are a TON of talented folks in the market, so it’s nothing personal if you don’t get selected for a project - the reality in our market is that the competition is incredibly fierce. As we grow, I am sure our options will grow as well. I will have more updates over the next few months so folks are aware that we will soon be exploring hiring options. #dare2try

My launch, it’s finally time for me to start dropping the details. 👉What the heck have I been building? 🤔 My idea was simple, I started by building something I wanted for myself. I wanted a “fast-forward” button for business so I could work less and still grow companies just as effectively. Some ideas are simple to build and test, but others can be a 10 month journey to build a really technical minimum viable product. What if you want to build: - A video game? - A media production studio? - Digital kiosks that let folks order from self service menus? - Anything technical that takes more than 24 hours to build? Especially if business is not new to you, getting your life back becomes more important than being “in” your business 24/7. Imagine being able to take a build journey that normally takes 10 months and reduce it to 3 months. I just finished testing this timeline. I’m about to complete doing 10 months worth of labor that would typically require a team of 10 in 3 months using a fractional team. Less time. Less work. With fewer steps to learn… With an easy way to back up in case hard work gets lost. I also wanted to have a tool that’s easy to teach folks how to use. I wanted to create something that automates the bits I typically teach… While also allowing those who love to nerd out to customize as much as they want. I wanted to automate myself out of a job. So for those looking to reclaim your days, I am about to teach anyone else wanting the skill how to automate yourself out of a job. I’m not here to sell tools. All of my tools are open source modular tools that let you rip and replace 100% of the stack with whatever you prefer. As a kid I liked Burger King because the commercials said you could “have it your way.” I liked being able to do something my way, even if it was ordering a sandwich with a few tweaks. I love a good burger to this day. So I wanted to capture a feeling I love to share with others. “Have it your way,” that’s my goal for you. Build a business or an idea your way, I am simply here to help you figure out how to not lose your time over it. You can always get more money. The moment you have your first large client you begin to realize there is a reason you can eventually afford 10 $100k engineers. I also wanted folks to be able to stick to the solopreneur path and be capable of using automations and/or fractional teams to operate like a large company. “Have it your way,” means I can’t be the one to tell you how you should run your company. That part has to come from you. Once you know what your goals are? That’s where my team at Cloud Underground comes in to help. Our goal is to help you discover techniques to help you tackle your goals your way. We are building a vehicle designed for nothing more than exploring your ideas.
