Introducing the IKI Fellows: An exciting new chapter in the evolution of the IKI Network! In partnership with the Clifton Strengths Institute at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, nine juniors and seniors have been selected for a one-year program fostering connection and collaboration with purpose-driven leaders. These campus leaders are Clifton Builders, natural change makers who are willing to take on challenges when others might back away. They have a natural inclination to create something where nothing existed with their entrepreneurial zeal and demonstrated leadership capabilities. IKI Fellows will identify and support purpose-driven initiatives that align with the Japanese concept of ikigai with an emphasis on their unique strengths-based experience as Gen Z leaders. IKI Fellows Goals: ➡ Enhance Leadership Skills ➡ Expand Professional Network ➡ Develop Emotional Intelligence ➡ Foster Purpose-Driven Initiatives ➡ Cultivate Social Responsibility ➡ Encourage Cross-Generational Collaboration Please join me in welcoming the IKI Fellows: Carli Bailey Carter Goff Claire Sobansky Naree Philavanh Chase Kavanaugh Grace Timm Emersyn Liljehorn Conor Maguire Jacob Ripley A special thank you to Dr. Tim Hodges, Kaitlin Ferris, and the entire team at the Clifton Strengths Institute for their collaboration and commitment to this exciting partnership! #ikigai #cliftonstrengths #gobigred
