⚡The PORT OF KIEL (SEEHAFEN KIEL GmbH & Co. KG) and AIDA Cruises celebrated a major milestone on September 25th with the docking of AIDAnova, becoming the 100th cruise ship this year to be powered by shore power. 📉 Shore power allows ship engines to be switched off at berth, reducing emissions by up to 98%, depending on the mix of energy sources.
