On Wednesday, we proudly welcomed our last cruise ship of the season! It’s been fantastic to see the Port of Cleveland bustling with activity all summer long. The Port of Cleveland was excited to welcome the USS Nantucket to our dock for a week-long stay before it is commissioned in Boston later this month! We were able to take a BTS tour of the ship and were thrilled to share the experience with students from Davis A&M 🚢✨

According to the Associated Press, dockworkers from numerous ports from Maine to Texas are on strike after demanding higher wages and a ban on automation of cranes, gates and trucks used for loading and unloading.
