Conduct deep analyses to uncover and understand the systemic drivers of injustice, allowing us to design programs that tackle these foundational issues effectively. 6. Prioritize and nurture community-led initiatives that are inherently sustainable within existing structures, while continuously evaluating and enhancing our organization’s focus on community empowerment. 7. Identify and strategically leverage prevailing social norms to drive sustainable behavioral and attitudinal shifts within communities. 8. Institutionalize participatory decision-making processes, building on local wisdom and ensuring that interventions are not only accepted but also sustainable. 9. Champion a paradigm shift in resource mobilization, recognizing and harnessing a broad spectrum of local assets—beyond financial contributions—to build resilient communities. 10.
