At the September 3 City Council meeting, discussions continued on developing regulations for short-term vacation rentals (STRs) in Palm Coast. The ordinance, still being drafted, aims to balance property rights and neighborhood safety. Last week, installation of the Palm Coast Harbor Golf Club bridge was completed in a single day! Crews were able to remove and discard the old bridge and install, fasten and finalize the new bridge successfully via crane with minimal tree branch removal.
