Thank you to Council Members Danica Royster and Courtney Doyle as well as the Park Place Business Association for taking time to walk through the 35th Street corridor where developments are happening, and local businesses are seeing the impact of Norfolk’s Facade Improvement Grant Program. Your ongoing support and engagement are invaluable to our small business community. 35th Street’s history is deeply woven into Norfolk’s identity, and long-time residents and property owners are embracing the renewed energy and enhanced curb appeal of their storefronts. These changes go beyond aesthetics—they’re transforming spaces into vibrant, inviting hubs that boost foot traffic and stimulate economic growth. This is just the beginning! As we gear up for the next grant cycle in October, we encourage property and business owners in the E Little Creek and Lafayette corridors to get involved. Reach out, join community and business association meetings, and apply for funding. Email [email protected] for more information. Together, we’re shaping a renewed future for Norfolk, one block at a time. 🏙️✨ #EconomicDevelopment #SmallBusinessSupport #CityGrowth #CommunityRevitalization
