The Manchester Economic Development Office is thrilled with the ongoing progress in keeping our downtown area clean. Streetplus Company LLC continues to work diligently, ensuring our Central Business District remains spotless. This morning, Jose, James and the team was out early power washing and removing graffiti from the sidewalk in front of Ben & Jerry’s and along Stark Street. Our sidewalks and curb lines have never looked better! Have you noticed the recent graffiti removal from the light poles? A big thank you to Streetplus for your ongoing commitment to keeping our district pristine. Your attention to detail and friendly interactions with residents, employees, and visitors are greatly appreciated.

More exciting news out of Manchester-Boston Regional Airport Last week as we welcomed Sun Country Airlines with their inaugural flight to Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. This event is designed to strengthen police-community partnerships, foster neighborhood camaraderie, and raise awareness about crime prevention. This free event is an opportunity to Learn more about the Manchester Police Department and our city’s community-based support services. View the display of emergency services vehicles. Drone unit, Comfort Dog, Mounted Unit & K-9 Unit demonstration. Food and activities for all!

A draft of the City of Manchester’s new zoning ordinance is available for review. If adopted, this would be the City’s first new zoning ordinance in 23 years and just the fourth in the city’s history.
