K-9s Titan and Tango are ready for service! 🐾 Greenwood Village Police Department recognized its two newest K-9 teams yesterday with a celebration hosted by CoBank, which co-sponsored the dogs alongside local nonprofit Heroes with Paws. Titan and Tango are now responding to regular calls for service following certification earned through rigorous, ongoing training with their officer handlers. Officer Tyler Mitchell (Titan’s handler) and Officer Bryan Beachem (Tango’s handler) introduced their new four-legged partners to a group of CoBank employees, Mayor George Lantz and Councilmember Ann Nelson, at CoBank’s corporate headquarters. Both one-and-a-half-year-old black Labradors, the K-9s are certified in narcotics detection and are undergoing training to locate missing persons.

Rack up a smile with every mile and join us for Bike to Work Day on Wednesday, June 26. 🚲 Stop by the breakfast super station at Arapahoe Village Center Station from 6:30 to 9:30 a.m. for free breakfast for bicyclists (and walkers, runners and carpoolers), cool swag, and lawn games like cornhole and more! This event is hosted in partnership with Denver South, Lincoln Property Company, Delta Dental of Colorado and Felsburg Holt & Ullevig.
