    Are you looking to participate in a unique volunteer project that will leave a lasting impact on future generations? Then, join the Prairie Restoration Project at the Plains Conservation Center to restore relationships between people and nature. Volunteers will have a chance to embrace the great outdoors and get their hands dirty by doing tasks like removing non-native invasive plant species, planting native prairie plants, monitoring wildlife and collecting data as part of a research experiment. No experience is required, but all volunteers must be 12 or older. Shifts take place in the mornings every Thursday and one Saturday and Sunday per month.
