Thinking about yesterday's fun team building experience filled with food, historic culture, and many laughs. This group's energy was contagious and we loved spending the afternoon with them. And a huge shoutout to Christianne Kapps for donating her time to share an insider's perspective from the Market's management team. #teambuilding #foodtour #corporateouting #officeouting #teammeeting #corporateactivity #phillyfood
Thank you to all who joined us for the Women Owned Law Philly Region tour of the Reading Terminal Market. Our tour guides Matthew Schillizzi and Kaitlin Pagliaro of the award winning touring company City Food Tours Philadelphia masterfully walked us through one of the country’s oldest markets providing information on its rich history with an emphasis on its women-owned businesses while Christianne Kapps (RTM Controller) highlighted the non-profit’s current women leadership. We are grateful to have one of Philadelphia’s greatest treasures right in our backyard. We’re thankful for City Food Tours’ intimate knowledge of The Market, the sweet and savory bites along the way, and of course the pleasure of spending time with many of our fellow WOL members. For those who attended, please share your experience with others and stay tuned for our next event, coming soon! #womenownedlaw #readingterminalmarket #cityfoodtours #wardlawllc #straightforwardlegaladvice #philadelphia

Summer isn’t over yet! Instead of jumping ahead to Fall too soon, let’s look down memory lane to some of the foodie adventures we did in August: 🚋 Family returned for another Trolley Dine Around that included sightseeing stops at Love Park, Rocky steps, the Liberty Bell, and more. 👩❤️💋👨 Celebrated milestones of a 60th birthday for a private group and also an anniversary celebration for a couple on our Global Eats food tour in the Reading Terminal Market. 📖 Students enjoyed our Historic Lunch & Learn in Old City and our Reading Terminal Market Scavenger Hunt. 🎊 Toured local university students to explore some of Philly’s finest foods as part of their Welcome Week activities. 👗 Walked around the city with our friends at Sweet & Brite Vintage Tours! 🍜 Partnered with the Philadelphia Chinatown Development Corporation (PCDC) to get even more insight to our Chinatown history and community. 😋 And fed over 550 happy bellies on our food tours, with some highlights being: August is the last month of our peak summer season and we are so grateful for all who joined us on our food tours this summer! But the kitchen never closes and we’re looking forward to a busy Fall season ahead!

Our July was filled with fresh adventures and unforgettable culinary experiences! Here’s what our team has been up to this past month: 🍜 Officially launched our Chinatown Food Tour. Book yours today! 😰 Emergency! Rerouted a corporate breakfast tour to eat our way across the Reading Terminal Market to avoid the 100 degree heat ⌛ Only have an hour? We squeezed in a 60-minute eating loop within the Reading Terminal Market including 3 food stops and a walking drink from the bar 🗂 Designed and printed our new rack cards now seen at Philadelphia Visitor Center Corporation and throughout the Reading Terminal Market 🥦 Shared a blog on our company’s secret sauce and a blog on where college students should grocery shop 😋 And fed nearly 600 happy bellies on our food tours, with some highlights being: ** Drove Idaho Education Association teams around to dine across the city with a surprise giveaway from our friends at LaserPhilly ** Toured the exclusive employees-only basement with a special request group ** Celebrated a belated Father’s Day touring a family ** Six unique eating tours just within the Reading Terminal Market ** Two scavenger hunts July was a blast and we can't wait for a busy, food-filled August to round out the summer!
