Citrus Health Group is excited to celebrate the success of our 2024 Summer Internship Program! Our interns gained valuable insights and hands-on experience that expanded their understanding of the healthcare communications industry. From tackling complex projects to contributing fresh ideas, they played a crucial role in advancing our mission. We extend a huge thank you to our interns for their exceptional efforts and to our incredible staff for providing guidance and support this summer. We are proud of all that has been accomplished and look forward to seeing these talented individuals excel in their future careers. Here’s to a bright future and continued success! Here are some direct quotes from this year’s interns: “As my Summer 2024 internship comes to an end, I’ve had nothing but great experiences working with Citrus Health Group. Everyone on the team was very resourceful, kind, and open to teaching me more about the industry. I have gained more skills, which include email etiquette, professional communication, and time management. The experiences I've gained will stay with me as I move forward in my career, and I’m thankful to have had this opportunity!” “I am super grateful for the opportunity to be a part of the 2024 Summer Internship Program at Citrus Health Group. Working at Citrus this summer has advanced my communication skills, both oral and written, my time management, and my Excel skills. All of the colleagues that I had a chance to work with were very helpful and always answered any questions that I had about my assignments. It has been a great summer experience!” “As a client services intern, my time at Citrus has been an incredible first step into the world of medical communications. I have contributed to the success of an organization, served as a resource to a talented team of professionals, and organized and developed account resources and records. The team demystified the publication process and taught me valuable lessons in building strong client relationships fostered by communication, teamwork, and mutual respect.”

Rare is not rare. Rare diseases and conditions collectively affect a significant portion of our global population. At Citrus Health Group, we are passionate about our role as a partner to many inspiring companies whose scientific advancements help improve the lives of patients living with a rare disease.   Every patient is unique, and so are the stories of resilience and strength within the rare disease community. So, today we proudly display our “Stripes” in honor of the patients, caregivers, and advocates who dedicate each and every day to improving the understanding, diagnosis, and treatment of rare diseases.   Our Rare Disease Center of Experience is proud to contribute to the development of treatments that enhance the lives of patients living with rare disease. Let’s continue to raise awareness—together, we can make a difference.   #ShowYourStripes #RareDiseaseAwareness #CareAboutRare #HealthForAll
